Animal Welfare

There is more to the production of organic meat than keeping animals on organic soil and feeding them organic feed. Organic meat production is all about animal welfare and food safety. Organic farmers put the animal's natural behavior at the core of their work. The animals have enough room indoors and out. Pigs have their mud baths, cows freely wander through the meadows. There is no clipping of beaks or tails on organic farms.

Because the animals are better off, people are better off also. A happy cow makes for excellent steaks.
